Music overcomes borders between countries, between nations, between people. It is a supralingual means of communication. But music must be heard. That's why we joined forces with several representatives of publishers, artists, music institutions and music experts to offer listeners across Europe independent music framed by a context that represents the level of music interpretation and understanding. The goal is to help not only music and offer listeners music in context, but also independent artists and publishers thanks to fair fees. Last but not least, UFMC is creating a European community of people who share an interest in listening to and supporting independent music in context.
